PipeMetrix provides a white-label sales pipeline and CRM platform for businesses ("the Service"), accessible via customer-specific subdomains of pipemetrix.com. By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity within your workspace. Seats are limited according to your subscription plan.
Paid plans are billed in advance — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. All plans begin with a 14-day free trial; no payment is taken until the trial ends. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, who issue your invoice and receipt. Prices exclude VAT, which is applied at checkout where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your workspace or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then; we do not charge a cancellation fee.
Because a 14-day free trial lets you evaluate the Service in full before any payment is taken, fees already charged for a billing period are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a period after cancellation. Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion. If you believe you have been charged in error, or in cases required by applicable consumer law, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days and we will put it right. Refunds, where granted, are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.
You retain all rights to the data you store in the Service (leads, contacts, quotes, tickets). We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request export or deletion of your workspace data at any time.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to store data you have no right to process, or to attempt to access other customers' workspaces or disrupt the platform.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
