PipeMetrix ("we") operates the sales pipeline platform at pipemetrix.com. For account and workspace data, we are the data processor; your company is the data controller for the customer data you store in your workspace. Contact: [email protected].
Account data: name, email address, workspace and billing details. Workspace content: the leads, contacts, quotes and tickets your team stores. Usage data: log and device information needed to operate and secure the Service.
Solely to provide, secure and improve the Service, to process billing, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your workspace content to train AI models.
Data is hosted within the European Union (application hosting in Amsterdam; database and file storage with Supabase in the EU). Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record — we never see or store card details.
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run the Service: DigitalOcean (hosting), Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Paddle (payments), and Anthropic (AI lead-scoring; scoring requests contain lead business data only).
Workspace data is retained while your subscription is active. On cancellation, workspace data is deleted within 30 days, or immediately on request. You can request an export of your data at any time.
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data, and you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
